Who is it for
Yacht Chefs Introduction
Aimed at chefs looking to transition from restaurant or land-based catering to the yachting industry, this course is taught by an Executive Chef with over 30 years’ experience in the industry.
This 2-Day course includes an OceanWave presentation kit and a documentation pack full of templates and checklists to make sure candidates are fully prepared to make the leap from shore to ship.

Location
All onshore courses take place at our dedicated training premises in Monaco and Antibes, but can also be run onboard your yacht, at a time and place to suit you and your crew (up to a max of 16 per course).

- How to adapt existing skills to cooking onboard a superyacht
Pre-Requisites:
Candidates must be aged 18 or over
Candidates must have a working knowledge of both written and spoken English
