In addition to technical skills, participants will also learn how to utilise high end ingredients to the maximum of their potential, flavor pairings, sealing techniques & demolding methods. By the conclusion of the training, students will emerge equipped with the expertise and confidence to create exquisite chocolate creations that captivate both the eyes and the palate which will allow you the tools to showcase your work and impress your charter guests. All participating chefs will receive a verified certification from OceanWave confirming their foundational understanding of chocolatier work.
