I did the Food Safety Level 2 course with instructor Mark, and had a great experience! Mark kept us entertained the whole day with his enthusiasm, style of teaching and ability to convey important information in a way that really highlighted the main takeaway of the course! He has a genuine passion for teaching and helping his students along their way into yachting with real-world advice and examples relevant to the course information.
